Watching someone hit a PR or learn a new skill

What are important things about yourself that you’d want a new member to know?

Form and preventing injuries are my main goals for new athletes. I won’t push weight or a new movement if I feel like the form or strength isn’t there. I want to keep you safe so you can walk in the gym everyday.
